At Braemar Mortgage Services, we follow a straightforward two-appointment process designed to keep things clear, efficient, and tailored to you. This can be by telephone or face to face which includes Teams, Zoom, Facetime or WhatsApp video.
In our first meeting, we’ll take the time to understand your requirements and gather all the information we need. From there, we’ll carry out thorough research to find the most suitable solution for your circumstances.
During the second appointment, we’ll walk you through our advice, explaining everything clearly, ensuring you fully understand our recommendations. We’ll also address any areas where we identify any protection shortfalls, such as your mortgage balance or income, in the event you’re unable to work, making it a struggle to pay for your mortgage, bills, and general living expenses.
Once on board with Braemar, you will never need to worry when your mortgage is coming to an end. We will write to you 6 months before the end of your benefit period to let you know we will need to schedule a review and discuss what you require for your next mortgage.
